Auntie B’s Garden is a paint-and-plant studio on the Edmond/OKC border where creativity and nature come together. Choose a pot, make it amazingly yours, then plant an Oklahoma native or native-adjacent perennial to take home. Whether you’re here for an event, a night out with friends, or just want to make something beautiful, come curious, get your hands dirty, and stay awhile.
My Story
Hi, I’m Brenna, the person behind Auntie B’s Garden.
I’ve always been drawn to the natural world. As a kid, I could get completely absorbed watching a creek, looking for animals, or wondering what was growing around me. That curiosity never really went away.
Auntie B’s Garden grew out of that curiosity, along with a simple idea: maybe connecting people with plants doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
You don’t have to be a gardener. You don’t have to know the difference between a perennial and an annual. You don’t even have to be particularly artistic.
You just have to be willing to make something, get your hands a little dirty, and be curious.
At Auntie B’s, you choose a pot, make it amazingly yours, and then plant something living to take home. Our plants are chosen with Oklahoma’s landscape and pollinators in mind, so hopefully your little creation becomes more than something pretty. Maybe it makes you notice a bee. Maybe you learn the name of a flower. Maybe you start wondering what else is growing around you.
Because I believe curiosity can be the beginning of connection, and connection can be the beginning of stewardship.
So come paint something. Plant something. Stay awhile.
